Update of February
My posting is so bad, this I know. Let me burden you with my lame excuses, I do not know where my camera cord is I know that people really do not care about babbling but want to see pictures for this reason I feel bad about posting because all that I can post is the lameness that is life.
We started out the month of February with a huge sigh of relief after we had signed the papers to sale our house in Utah just to find out a day later that we signed the wrong papers and that the house was not sold, we than spent a a crazy day of faxing and signing papers to get it taken care of so that the poor buyers could move in. A couple days after the sale of our house our realtor here called us and told us about a really good deal that he wanted us to see. The house is in fact was really good deal and we really liked it. We talked back and forth about what to offer and thought that we had a pretty good offer but then the builder called us with a lower offer before we could give him our offer . We took the offer and told the people that we were renting from that we would be out of the house by the 28Th of February, Fantabulous right? Well not so much but more about that later because during the rest of the month we celebrated my Birthday the big 30, did nothing big taught an aerobics class that night. Then we fast forward to the last week of February things started to get crazy with the loan, they could not give us a definite answer for when we were going to close, we were getting frustrated with the lender and everyone because no one would give us a definite date for the close, our landlords were getting frustrated because they needed to know when we were going to be out blah blah blah. Friday comes around and I was sitting in a house completely packed waiting and waiting for SOMEONE to call and tell us what was going on. Finally Steve called at 12 and apparently we were supposed to close at 10(no one called to tell us) the problem was that the lender could not get mortgage insurance for us. Again no one would tell us why, we have excellent credit ect, ect. After a while we were able to get an answer after camping out at the bank and cornering them, they took us in to a conference room with the VP of the bank and told us that when we were pre-approved for the loan we were ok to put only 5% down but the insurance lenders now changed the rules so that you have to put 10%, that would have been nice to know not on the day that we are supposed to be closing and moving. We spent a long couple of hours trying to figure out ways to make it work and finally we decided that we were done and decided to go home and figure out what we were going to do next. We called our landlords and they said that we could stay another week I spent the last week frantically finding somewhere to live again, we finally found a little dirty house, but really I can take anything after living in the scorpion infested double wide in Texas. It needs a lot of cleaning but it will work out. So long story short we have moved AGAIN, I am so tired of moving. In good news we moved by some friends that we had made, one of them was a girl I went to school with who has a cute little girl Lexis age and the other family has two girls Sam and Lexi age and a little girl the same age as Josh, we had them over for dessert Sunday where they told us many stories about bears that frequent the area in the summer and one freaky story about a mountain lion that was watching their kids play in the yard once, a little scary but something that we will get used to. The builder of the home that we were going to buy told his offer still stands, he even lowered a the price a more. We were looking in to starting the long process of getting another loan started to purchase the house but I am really tired of moving and I really am content right now. We will see how I feel in a little while but right now I think we will stay put and save money.

Hang in there!
I am so glad to see you are still alive! I was wondering. That is a bummer. I was excited for you! When are we having GNO? Are you still coming to town this week? I am very excited.
Just so you know, I don't mind posts without pictures. It's just good to hear what is going on in your life! I hope it all works out!
Oh my gosh, that stinks. You are becoming a pro mover!
