It is sold!!!
We have sold our house YEA!!!
It has been under contract since the first of the month but I did not really want to say anything, I was afraid that by whispering the words that it would all come crashing down. We signed the papers yesterday, but it did not actually go through until late today. We thought that we were all done and then our Realtor called in a hyper panic that some of the papers were wrong and that we were in fact not rid of the house yet. We had to sign more paper and finally at 4 today we got a call that it was done!!
I will now be better about posting, I think that I was just so nervous that I really did not want to post anything.
We are still doing really good, I love it here more and more everyday.

Hip Hip Hooray! What a huge relief, I was secretly hoping it would never sell and you would just have to move back! I am only kidding! We miss you guys more and more everyday! Do you know anything about the people who bought your house?

Well, I did have that extra 200 thou- lying around. So I thought, "What the heck?"
