First day of Kindergarten
My little Lexi is now a kindergartner, is that even a real word? Nonetheless (is that a real word also) she is in school now. Steven said that I should be happy that I only have one child at home but I can not help but miss them, and have you been around my son.
Lexi was really excited and the whole way to the school she kept getting annoyed because we were to slow. Right after the bell rang though her little eyes started to get worried. She made it through all right and is excited to go again.
Funny story , I hope you do not mind me sharing Sarah.... as all the parents were sitting watching there kids in the playground and saying goodbyes, out of the corner of my eye I see Sarah pull up to the turnabout, we laughed pretty hard when Brock jumped out of the car and Sarah pulled away as if this was just routine but the rest of us sat mourning the loss of our children to the school system(OK maybe that was only me). It was even funnier when a few minutes later Sarah came walking into the playground because she saw us all there and felt guilty.
I am only jealous Sarah because I can not be as strong as you.

Starting to get worried.

sniff, sniff.
update-after publishing this post I looked up kindergartner and it is in fact not a real word

I can't believe Lexi is that old! her outfit is way cute too!
She is a kindergartener! I thought so! SHe looks so cute! Is it only a few hours there? Or do you get the all day thing? I was funny to me that I was so sad when my girls started kindergarten because they were home earlier than I was prepared for. They only went for like 2 and a half hours and were home! But there is something about "starting school" that just makes me teary as well.
Cute first day outfit...
And NEVER use words that aren't real. You are dumbing us down. ha ha
Lexi looks so cute as always! I am counting down the days until Landon starts preschool! Can't wait!
Oh I can't wait til Jane goes to school. I will be just like Sarah. See ya!!!
I feel guilty saying that but you've seen Jane:)
Hope she has a great year.
oh man, they are SO adorable.
that one of lexi with her leg up against the wall... that is SO high school flirty girl. :)
so cute.
Funny story about your friend Sarah. Good luck surviving just ONE child at home! That is sometimes way more challenging than 2 or three!
I hope Lexi has a great year!
Okay... the real story is I had no idea what i was doing that first day of school. After I let Brock out of the car I felt really nervous and knew I had to stand over there with him. He prolly had a harder time then most kids, he's so shy. I promise I'm not heartless.
